Last day at WCDS (sort of)!

Maeryn attended West County Day School for 3 years.
She loved every day of it and although she was excited to start Kindergarten at ICD,
she was sad to say goodbye to her teachers and friends at WCDS.

She didn't know it at the time, but she has actually gotten to go back to WCDS on some of her breaks from school this year.  She gets to be the cool big kid and teacher helper for the pre-k room.
She thinks it's the best thing ever!

We love Ms. Ashleigh, Ms. Kortney, and Ms. Sandy!

Maer-bear and some of her buddies.

Last day with her silly BFF Morgan!

Thanks for the memories 5's room!

The girls :-)

Lazy Summer Days.

My dad used to make fun of me for how many pictures I take...
But I don't care, I stand behind it 100%!

These are memories that I never want to forget.
My kiddos will never be this little again,
they are changing every single day right before my eyes.
If I can take a few pictures to maybe freeze that moment in time a little longer
...then why the heck not?!

These are a bunch of random pictures from last summer.
Summer is my FAVORITE time of the year for exactly all the reasons you will see in these photos.
Lazy summer days are the BEST kind of days.

Driveway fun.

Dardenne Park with the Peroutka boys.

Playtime at home :-)

Followed by pedi's!

This was my last year coaching my club soccer girls,
here's us during one of our summer practices - me and my "assistant coaches".

Popcorn and powerade following ICD soccer camp.

Pretending they're on a roller coaster during one of our runs in the park!
(they were obviously humoring me)

More park time after our run.

Trampoline time!

Chesterfield Pool - one of our FAVORITE places ever!

Love this picture!

More tramp time.

Handsome boy in the tub.

Morning cartoons.

Lunchtime

Countryshire Neighborhood Pool

Me and my buddies. Peace!

Checking out the Wenztville pool with some friends.

Play time at the park followed by the pool
(I think this was actually the morning of Maeryn's birthday).

St. Louis Air Show

Last Spring we took a little family outing to the St. Louis Air Show.
I don't know if this was an annual event or if it was a one time thing, but
 It. Was. Awesome!

There were a ton of different, unique looking planes to see and walk around.

There were a couple that you could even go inside.

The kids had a blast walking around, seeing the planes, listening to music and eating snacks!

The came the actual air show!

Such a fun day!
